Hello ares,
Welcome to microsoft Q&A, thankyou for posting your query here.
To connect to an Azure Virtual Network (VNet), AVS employs an Azure ExpressRoute in conjunction with a dedicated edge router.
Oracle@Azure leverages OCI and connects to Azure via Azure ExpressRoute or Azure VNet peering, enabling for seamless communication between OCI and Azure services.
Create an ExpressRoute circuit for Oracle@Azure and another for connecting AVS to your Azure Virtual Network. Configure VNet Peering between your Azure VNet and the Oracle Cloud VNet to allow communication between AVS and Oracle@Azure. Ensure that network security groups (NSGs) and firewalls are properly set to enable only the traffic required between AVS and Oracle@Azure.
To evaluate your migration procedure for both AVS and Oracle@Azure, think about utilizing Azure Migrate.
