Unable to login to work account after device setup on Comp Portal

I recently rejoined a firm and I am having trouble signing into my Teams and Outlook with my work account. I successfully setup my device and I was able to setup Company Portal and MS Authenticator. When I try to sign into Teams, I get redirected to Authenticator and they tell me to "Set up your device to get access" even though my device is definitely already set up. It then redirects me to Company Portal and then no further instructions are given. If I go back to Teams, it says there's a sign-in error.
I have tried clearing the cache and cookies of Authenticator, Teams, and Company Portal. I even had my device unregistered from my account so that I can try the whole setup process all over again with no luck. Please advise on how to fix my sign-in problem.
