You can generate a new token as below if you follow client credentials grant flow

based on the scope and url details in your image, it seems to use the OAuth 2.0 client credentials grant flow.

This flow does not require a refresh request, as explained in this flow. You can generate a new token like this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/auth-v2-service?tabs=http#4-request-an-access-token
