you can check the details in the Azure Portal in the Cost Management + Billing
section.
For a detailed list click on Cost Management
-> Cost analysis
-> Resources
Another option is to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.
Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
