Windows could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SCV) on local computer. error 1075

OS Version: Windows Server 2019 Data Center Version

Error 

w3scv service stopped working, which causes all the websites hosted by IIS. I tried to start the service and got the below notice: "Windows could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SCV) on local computer. error 1075" (print screen is attached)

Tried Methods 

I tried to uninstall and re-install WebService(IIS), and failed. Because they are all gray(unable to uncheck)

Can I know how to resolve it? Thanks!

The reason you can't uninstall/reinstall is that you're not doing it the right way. From the screenshot you provided, you're trying to uninstall it from the Add roles and features option, but this part is only responsible for installation, therefore it is grayed out and cannot be checked. To uninstall, you need to do it from the Remove Roles and Features panel. Just refer to the screenshot:

Thanks for your response. I guess it works to uninstall the IIS and reinstall.

And, I have already reinstalled the whole window because of the urgency.
