Please i need your help on this issue.

 

Scan account has Authen account settings but getting errors when trying to do a scan to email T5872147220973: The transport failed to connect to the server

    Based on your description in scan to email, are you setting up the printer for the scan to email through SMTP authentication with Microsoft 365?
