opening file shared by different institution account

Hi,

one ppt file was shared by WashU 365 account (stored in washu business onedrive).

This shared ppt file is accessible by my 365 account (one of Korean University) only via web browser. However, it does not appear in shared file list of 365 PPT. Is there way to open this file with ppt?

    Per my test, you need to share the document with user in 365 PPT, so that you could find the file in the shared list. You could follow the steps:

    1. Share the file with the ppt user in onedrive User's image
    2. Check the shared file in 365 office Shared list User's image
