Can't get autoreply working!

Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
One of my client is having an issue where he cant get autoreply working.
His using the latest outlook client - and we are also trying to make this work through the browser. But - actually now it does "keep" the out of office mail - and it's also sending a reply - but that reply are empty ..

Mike Hu-MSFT 4,140 Reputation points Microsoft Vendor2024-07-02T09:11:22.3633333+00:00 My understanding is that you configured OOF but failed both in Outlook and OWA. And the autoreply messages can be delivered, but they are all empty.
That may be caused by many reasons. You can try to run the Command to check any wrong settings:
Get-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration -Identity 'contoso.com/Users/Tony Smith'To better troubleshoot your problem, can you provide your screenshot including your OOF settings, autoreply messages content and empty emails, thanks.
