I can't access Microsoft Q&A to contribute

Question

Since last Saturday, I am facing this problem. I am a regular contributor in Microsoft Q n A. Yesterday as usual I opened the link and tried to contribute it was taking me to a page and showing you are signed in as... I just followed the page and again it lead to same starting point. I signed out, signed in, used different browsers, cleared cache but result is very same. Clicking on any forum it is taking me to You're signed in as It's very frustrating as till now it's happening.

I can't access my past contributions.

I shall be grateful if you kindly do the needful. Thanks.
