    Hi Elamathi R,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

When you sign up for an Azure free trial, Microsoft performs a small verification charge on your credit card to confirm its validity. This charge, typically a nominal amount like 2 rupees, is usually temporary and should be refunded to your account within a few days.

Do I get my two ruppees back? or if any further deduction ll happen

Yes, the 2 rupees charge is a verification charge and is typically refunded. You should see the refund in your bank account within a few days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you choose to continue using Azure services on a Pay-As-You-Go model, you will be charged for the resources you consume. However, no additional charges should occur solely because of the initial verification charge. You will only be billed for the actual usage of Azure services.

why i didnt get my free subscription ?

There could be several reasons for not being eligible for the free trial:

    • Previous Usage: If you or your organization has already used the free trial offer with the same credit card or account, you may not be eligible for another free trial.
    • Account Verification Issues: There might be an issue with the verification of your account or payment method.
    • Region Restrictions: Some regions may have different policies or restrictions regarding free trial availability.
