Copilot for M365 Outlook - 2 Questions (Schedule Meeting & Japanese Answer)

Hello everyone,

I've been using Copilot for about three months now and have noticed two strange issues that I can't explain. Does anyone have any insights on this? 1. I asked Copilot in Outlook to schedule a meeting with a colleague from my department. The first time, it said the meeting was scheduled, but nothing happened. Twice, it responded that it wasn't possible, and the last time, I received the message, "I'm sorry, but I was unable to schedule the meeting due to an unexpected error." Even though I have full access to my colleague's calendar, Copilot can't schedule a meeting for me. How is this possible? - See the screenshot

2. I prompted once again, but in German to schedule a meeting at 11 o'clock. I received the message "It appears that there is no specific information regarding ******* availability for July 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM. I recommend sending a meeting request to confirm his availability. Would you like me to prepare an invitation for you?" I replied "YES" and got a Japanese answer! Even though there are no Japanese language packs installed or anything like that. See the screenshot. This happend like twice already.

For question1: Based on my research, i type the 'schedule a meeting with xxx at tomorrow 10 AM', the Copilot could draft a meeting invitation content for me to better create a meeting rather than create a meeting directly on my calendar, it is proposed that please schedule a meeting on your calendar or your colleague's shared calendar manually.

For question2: I do the same operation as you described, however, it does not reproduce your issue. It is recommended that you may point out the language confusion to Copilot and continue to use the same language to see if the problem persists.
