Hi,
Your best bet is to create a Support Ticket (Billing).
The Billing support tickets are Free.

I accidentally ended up incurring costs on Azure, while doing my cloud platforms subject's second assignment, this is the continuation of the previous issue this thing started on almost 31 May, when I got done with the assignment, but I didn't know that the services will keep incurring my cost if I will not delete them, other students were doing it through the free trial on which credits are given, but my credits were expired thus rather than beginning with the new account I opted for pay as you go, this was for the first time that I was studying the cloud platforms so didn't know at all that how it works, for me I was just following the tutorials for the getting done with my assignments.
I was first shocked when the amount of 67 AUD was deducted from my account on 9 June, I researched through the Internet I got to know that I could request a refund and that amount was refunded but there was still an amount of 377 AUD shown in my current cost (since those services continued into June, thus it was the cost on 9 days from 1 - 9 June), I tried to deal with it but I think that I was not able to do anything back then because the invoice was not generated yet, thus when I checked the day before yesterday that amount was deducted from me and it was 414 (377 + tax).
I tried to put in a refund request but was not able to because as an emergency I cancelled my subscription on 10 June, after deleting the stuff that was incurring costs I noticed that there was still an additional amount charged thus I cancelled it as an emergency step.
I want to refund this amount since I am a student and working hard to arrange my tuition fee. can't afford this loss at this stage, every penny counts.
Hi @MUHAMMAD HASSAN BIN SOHAIL,
In addition to @Luke Murray, you can follow these below steps:
FYI: There is no charge for billing/subscription management support requests. A support engineer will assist you with your refund request.
