I have been assigned with a Visual Studio Subscription (MPN). When to Visual Studio Portal & Activate my Azure Benefits I am getting the following error

I tried clearing cache, cookies, added my personal outlook account switched directory but still i get the same error message.

I have never used to the account to activate my Azure Benefits before. The following is the screen shot from my Azure Portal

I have the same issue with some of my colleagues who have been assigned with Visual Studio Subscription (MPN).

    Hello Britto Gilbert,

    Thanks for your question.

Based on this information it is very likely there was a previous user before it was transferred to you.

If MS Visual Studio was transferred to you, it was not a new fresh subscription. Azure Credits benefit was already activated by the previous user and was attached to previous users email address.

I suggest to logon with the previous user account and to transfer the "Visual Studio Enterprise" subscription by following Transfer billing ownership of an Azure subscription to another account

You can confirm the above information from who assigned you the subscription.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
