Same issue here. I can't create Incoming Weebhook on Teams channel.
Teams configured connectors not loading
Since Monday 2024.07.16 we no longer receive notifications from Datadog via a configured webhook. There are teams in our company where it still works. We would like to create a new webhook to find out whether the problem can be solved in this way. But the first problem is:
For all teams in our company, it is not possible to display the configured connectors under the settings in a channel
The second problem is: Why do some of these webhooks no longer work?
Is there a bug on the part of Microsoft?

2024-07-18T07:03:31.3133333+00:00 Microsoft has done this before, and I wouldn't be surprised if they deprecated this functionality before official deprecation day. From Microsoft announcement:
- Wave 1 – effective August 15th, 2024: All new Connector creation will be blocked within all clouds
- Wave 2 – effective October 1st, 2024: All connectors within all clouds will stop working.

2024-07-23T18:11:02.1833333+00:00 We have the same issue. I'm trying to follow suit with MS saying we must move to workflows, but if I can't turn my existing webhooks OFF it's going to be difficult to replace.

2024-08-01T19:04:06.75+00:00 @Prasad-MSFT Does the solution require Microsoft to take some action on each affected tenant or will it be pushed to all tenants with time? We are facing the same issue in all our tenants. In the new teams desktop client we just get a spinner for configured connectors, like the one shown in the screen shot above. In the web client I can see the list of configured connectors, but neither adding, managing nor removing them work, which makes it hard to migrate anything over to other alternatives and to communicate this retirement to our users...

2024-08-19T18:38:27.63+00:00 The manage UI is now loading in the web version, but when trying to add or, more importantly now, delete a connector, it still fails with a 403 in the tenants I tried.
