When i am sending a post request to webhook url using workflows I am getting extra information like

"XYZ used a Workflow template to send this card." or "XYZ via workflows" . However this was not coming when we are sending adaptive card by webhook URL using 365 connectors .

Is there any way to avoid getting this text and could able to customise the heading of the notification "XYZ via workflows"??

If you want to send by using option 'Flow bot', it will send as below:

    User's image

If you want the sender's name only to be reflected without via Workflows text, you can choose below option while setting up/editing the workflow. User's image

This will send the card as below:

how to stay with Flow Bot as the author of the post, but to remove this bottom line ""XYZ used a Workflow template to send this card." ?

I see that for the same settings, and same request msg I sent 2 weeks ago, today I got this bottom line text, and it wasn't added to my msg 2 weeks ago.
