Based on the details provided, I understand that you are using Azure disk backup and able to see the count of backups (completed and failed) but the values for supported metrics: 'Backup Health Events' & 'Restore Health Events' of Azure Backup Vault are not populated. This is because Azure Disk backup metrics are not supported yet. As of today, the following workload types are supported:
- Azure VM, SQL databases in Azure VM
- SAP HANA databases in Azure VM
- Azure Files
- Azure Blobs.
