Does a change of work ID will affect the storing of my Azure Fundamentals certification results?

Hello, i have created a personal account because I'm taking the Azure Fundamentals Certification test, since this is an opportunity that my enterprise is offering me, they asked me to link my work account to my personal one, but the thing is that my work ID is changing, so I'm wondering is this will have any effect on the results not being saved, and what can I do about it, I'm taking the test through Pearson VUE.
