Azure billing

I have an Azure subscription playground that is billed by my project manager, who have created account purely for the billing. Unfortunately he changed the phone and lost Authenticator. He also does not remember password. Password restore does not work, as it requires alternative verification. We want to bill the subscription. Can someone from Azure support contact me privately to sort the issue please?

    Hi @Vladimir Nesterovsky .

    you have to contact Azure Support via Azure Portal to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    If this is not working for you the other option might be to call Microsoft's Global Support: Global Customer Service phone numbers
