Where to download my certificate?

I have achieved AZ-900 exam and I want to download it.

(1) Forum posts are saying that i should go to microsoft certification dashboard, this page is non-existant nowadays.

(2) Documentation is telling me that i need to go to profile and click "Certifications", this option is not present.

I just want to have a downloadable PDF of my az-900 certificate that I have paid for.
