When following SSIS Tutorial on microsoft learn I receive a data type error

I have following the Microsoft Learn SSIS tutorial and am currently on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/integration-services/lesson-1-6-adding-and-configuring-the-lookup-transformations?view=sql-server-ver16 , trying to follow the below step:

My issue is the advice in yellow doesn't solve the following error:

I will put some screengrabs below just to show I have the correct settings as per the tutorial up to this point:

(LocaleID and DefaultCodePage match for data types.)

Below confirmed data types are correct for source and destination:

I really don't understand it. I have followed every step (starting from here) and it doesn't work as the docs suggest it does.

    Hi @Adam,

    Please go to advance editor for flat file source and check the Output column to make sure the Datatype is correct.
