PROBLEM SCHEDULING EXAM

I'm posting this early just in case the problem persists, I cant reschedule my exam because i keep getting the same error, which is your responsibility microsoft! "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support." I mean this is completely ridiculous, my exam in a few days and i need it rescheduled yet with no avail, you are terrible! This problem has been reported by users since the beginning of july and NO FIX YET! absolutely a horrific experience!
