Locked out of Azure grant?

We are a non-profit business and were approved for the $2000 Azure grant after an eligibility check. We got an email with activation steps but I no longer have access to the email it was sent to. So when I try to click 'activate' it says I'm not eligible even though I'm using a global admin account for our non-profit. Any ideas how to fix it?

For this, I will recommend you create a support ticket so they can help you look into the account. To do this see: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
