after starting Dell Laptop i always have to turn wifi connection on, does not auto connect

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045, Dell Latitude E7470, Service Tag (8YWSRF2) I have tried a number of fixes. Finally did a Windows Reset using Cloud software. Very frustrating having to turn Wi-Fi back on after every shutdown. Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
