How to fix User account 'yyyy@hotmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'csulb'

The following error pops up when trying to sign into onenote with my person account on my personal computer.

Message: AADSTS90072: User account 'xxxxx@hotmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'csulb' and cannot access the application 'd3590ed6-52b3-4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c'(Microsoft Office) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

I assume this has something to do with having signed in with my school email in the past and I'm going to have to delete some files to get rid of this error. Where should I go from here?

    Or also maybe cause this is what I heard about maybe do a new microsoft account and see what happens.
