Hi

When trying to complete the module Explore Dynamics 365 Sales, the exercise is missing. When I click on the exercise link, it takes me back to the page that lists on the topics for this module. One section shows that the module is 13 units (with the exercise taken out-1st screenshot) However, another section is showing the course as still having the 14 units (2nd screen shot). The module isn't considered complete because I can't do the exercise. Is there a way to complete the exercise or will I be able to get training credit for the entire course? User's image

As shown in the reference screenshots, the system currently indicates that you are on "Units 1 of 13." To proceed, please review each of the 13 units thoroughly within the document. It is crucial to carefully examine the content of all units to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Following this, you should complete the knowledge check associated with the module, making sure to provide accurate answers. Once you have successfully completed the knowledge check, navigate to the summary section located at the bottom of the page. In this section, you will find an option to finalize the module. Selecting this option will complete the exercise and result in the allocation of points to your account upon successful completion. Please be advised that the document may be subject to changes based on updates.

    Hi Wojtanowicz, Crystal,

Thank you for reaching out and for your patience.

We have thoroughly tested the module using multiple browsers and have not encountered any glitches. Additionally, my colleagues and I have also tried it without experiencing any issues.

Based on our experience and testing, we’ve outlined a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue you’re encountering:

Step 1: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies Sometimes, old or corrupted data stored in your browser can cause issues. Please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This will remove any outdated or conflicting data that might be interfering with your experience.

Step 2: Try Different Browsers: It’s possible that the problem might be specific to the browser you're using. We recommend trying other popular browsers. Each browser has different settings and updates that might affect how the module performs.

Step 3: Disable Browser Extensions: Certain browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with how web applications function. Try disabling your extensions and see if that resolves the issue.

Step 4: Test on Another Device: If possible, try accessing the module from a different device. This can help determine if the issue is related to your current device.

Step 5: Test logging in with a new account within the learning path using a completely different browser.

If you have found the answer provided to be helpful, please click on the "Accept answer/Upvote" button so that it is useful for other members in the Microsoft Q&A community.

    Thank you.
