Hi,
I have a Microsoft Authenticator App and I had my logins to my company services on the phone however currently I'm unable to open the app. Everytime I try to do that the app simply drops and turns off.
I literally tried everything. I tried to reinstall the app. I enabled everything on the phone. However I still cannot open app and I'm unable to login for example to company outlook or other apps which require authenticator. I cannot fully delete app because I would not like to lose my login data. Is there anything I can do with it?
