Unable to Deploy GPT-4 Model in East US Region

Why am I unable to create and deploy the OpenAI GPT-4 model with 8k context tokens in the East US region on Azure?

You are experiencing difficulties in creating the GPT-4 model with 8k context tokens in the East US region because this specific model is currently not available in that region. To resolve this issue, you can deploy the model in one of the supported regions. The supported regions for the GPT-4 8k (0613) model include australiaeast, canadaeast, francecentral, swedencentral, and switzerlandnorth. To proceed with the deployment, select one of these available regions and create the resource in OpenAI Studio. This will ensure successful deployment of the model.
