Outlook Adaptive Card History display

Question

If using M365 Outlook and standard approval adaptive cards in outlook, does anyone know a way to see the original card details after response has already been provided. I have only found the option on the message card to "Show in immersive reader" which is not so nice as displaying the original card even if the action is already completed. Any help on this topic would be great.

As far as I know, it can be a bit tricky to view the original details of an adaptive card after a response has been provided in M365 Outlook. Unfortunately, once an action is completed, the card typically updates to reflect the new state, and the original details are not easily accessible.
