The new revised version of KB29166583 hotfix not showing up on 2309

Could that be because hotfix rollup KB27863823 has not yet been installed?

    I don't see the KB29166583 in my lab too, I will test if it will show up after install the previous hotfix.

    I am facing issues. When i run the pre requisite check to install the 2309 hotfix rollup KB27863823

    It says Error in verifying the trust of file SMSSetup\update.map.cab and it is not downloading the cab file to the EasySetupPayload folder

    Error information persisted in the database. Anyone help me on this please?
