Missing DXVA Dependency ClearLead Video Files

Missing the DXVA ClearLead_HEVC_720p_859369096_1414635.mp4 file, where can I find this file as latest DXVA releases do not have this nor older ones. This is in regards to setup of HLK https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/test/hlk/
