    Hi the lesmana,

This sounds like a graphical display issue, 1st thing I would try is pressing the following keys:

    Windows Key + CTRL + SHIFT + B

After a beep the screen will go dark and then return, this restarts the graphical interface, hopefully restoring your cursor.

After that I would certainly check for an updated graphic driver from your hardware vendor

    Hope this helps,

    Hello the lesmana,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    Please try the suggestions below:

    1. Ensure that the touchpad is enabled. You can do this by going to the Settings app on your Windows machine (press Windows + I), navigating to Devices > Touchpad, and making sure the touchpad is turned on.
    2. If your laptop has a touchscreen, it might be in tablet mode, which can sometimes cause the cursor to disappear. You can disable tablet mode by going to Settings > System > Tablet mode and turning it off.
    3. If you have an external mouse, try connecting it to see if the cursor reappears. This can help determine if the issue is with the touchpad or the system.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
