Not able to find the Reedem Code for MS721 COURSE

I have completed the course MS721 Manage Teams collaboration communications systems & MS721 Plan and design Teams collaboration communication system from learn Microsoft site. The issue where do we get the redeem code for claiming the coupon for the exams. Kindly help on this.
