microsoft edge settings

Question

I cannot access a web page that i used to be able to access. I get a message to check firewall, im not online and windows diagnostic but I am not intelligent enough to figure out why I cannot access the public access page i used to be able to access

Prior to the issue, is there any recent changes on your computer? Do you have different internet browser? If you do, kindly try using it to check if the if the issue will still persist. In the meantime, try to perform the troubleshooting methods below.

Method 1: Check for Microsoft Edge Update

1. Open Microsoft Edge, click the three (3) dots on the upper right corner.
2. Click Help and feedback on the lower part.
3. Click About Microsoft Edge.
4. It will automatically check for update, if not, click the Check for updates button.
5. Download and install the update, restart your computer once done and check if the issue is fixed.

Method 2: Repair Microsoft Edge

1. Press windows key + I to open settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. On the left pane select Apps and features.
4. Look for Microsoft Edge and click it then select Modify.
5. A windows will pop-up, click Yes.
6. Click the Repair button, follow the steps on your screen.
