Microsoft Authentication

Question

Hi I use the Microsoft authentication app it telling me if the number don’t show up it has to be updated but I don’t see any where to update the app.

To update the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can follow these steps:

On Android:

Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

Tap "My apps & games."

Tap the "Updates" tab.

If the Microsoft Authenticator app is listed under "Available updates," tap "Update."

On iOS:

Open the App Store app.

Tap the "Updates" tab.

If the Microsoft Authenticator app is listed under "Available updates," tap "Update."

If you don't see the Microsoft Authenticator app listed under "Available updates," it means that you already have the latest version installed.

If you're still having trouble updating the Microsoft Authenticator app, you can try the following:

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.

Restart your device.

Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If you're still having trouble, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance.

To contact Microsoft support:

Go to the Microsoft support website.
