Windows Update Error

Question

I turned on my comter which has been turned off for the last three months, I have three tower computers and one laptop, and when I tried to do a Windows Update it gave me this error "WindowsUpdate_8007370D" "WindowsUpdate"  why is this happening?  Sincerely, Alexander Calvo

If the System Update Rəadiness Tool doesn't correct the problem, you'll need to repair Windows.
