I have windows 10 pro on my laptop. I need to replace the OS drive where 1win10 is installed.
(current solid state drive is Samsung 850 EVO, new drive is Samsung 860 pro)

1) How do Clone my old drive to the new drive ? What do I use to do this (I'm not using any windows security encryptions)
2) If I have to reinstall windows 10 pro, I do have "a key" but I'm not sure it is the correct key. how can I get my key?

Thanks,
James Anning.

You can get win10 pro license key on your pc below is the command.
    At the command prompt, type:

    I tried
    wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
in cmd run as admin.......it did nothing, came back with just "OA3xOriginalProductKey"
    in powershell I tried
    (Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey
same thing.....nothing. That same site has a .vbs script......that did return a key, but I tried it on a second pc and it returned the same exact key
