Change interface language Windows 10

I had my Windows 10 preinstalled on my laptop. During unfolding of the system the installation manager asked me, which interface language I would prefer. Despite my answer "English", the interface language was set to Russian. I would be happy to keep single language interface, however, I would prefer English be the interface language. Is it possible to switch from Russian interface to English without purchasing Interface Language Pack?

    Hi Anastasia,

    You may be facing the above issue due to the Region and language set in the system. To address this concern, we suggest setting the Country or region which supports the language you prefer. You will be allowed to download the language pack when you see Language pack available status under the selected language. Visit this link for further information about how to add and switch input and display language preferences in Windows 10. On the dropdown menu, make sure to select Set your display language.
