MIM SP2 - miisclient crash on exit

Hi,
Just applied the MIM SP2 patch (4.6.34.0) and the latest hotfix (4.6.359.0), coming from version 4.4.1749.0. Since patching miisclient.exe has started crashing when I close the application, but only if I have opened either the Joiner or the Metaverse Search tab. On crash it generates the errors pasted below in event viewer. This issue is exactly the same as described in a post on the old forum. How to solve?
