Error: Subscription validation request timed out.

I am using nodejs code library "microsoftgraph/nodejs-webhooks-rest-sample" to test subscription. While I am running this with ngrok url it is working fine. When I add my domain URL instead of ngrok URL, it is giving me "Error: Subscription validation request timed out".

Can you share the error response that you receive, also the requestid, timestamp?

Outside of your code can you repro the issue with Graph Explorer or POSTMAN?
