User From Another Domain Not Being Added to Groups

Question

We currently use MIM to do some group management in my company and have two domains for (domainA and domainB) with separate MA's for each domain. When creating a Criteria-Based Universal Groups (Security and Purely DL) in the MIM Portal, users from both domains appear in the Group Membership list, but when sync jobs run, only members from the domain the group is created in are added to the group. There are no errors and jobs appear as they are completing.

How can we make it so members from both domains are added to the group like the Portal shows they should be?
