HI all, I work for a healthcare company and am trying to develop an app that will report the status of users voicemail box - is it set up, it is full, etc. When users miss calls because their voicemail box is either not set up or full, we are getting fines and losing patients. Is there a way to get the voicemail box status and report it back to a central location in IT? If someone can give me a nudge in the correct, I would greatly appreciate it. Bruce

If so, try to add property to store the status and you could check the value of the property to get the current state. If the voicemail is another app like facebook, we cannot to get the status.

It is the default voice mail app on the Verizon Samsung phones. We have a mixture of S7s through S10s.
