Thanks for your response. You were right. The folder simply didn't exist. I created one and off it went - problem appears to be solved.
Thanks for your help.

I have installed Google Earth on my Windows 10 computer but when I try to launch it I get the following error code - 'Google Earth could not access the cache file location and will exit.'
Cache Path: "C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth\Cache"
How can I resolve this?

Hello there, maybe you can check if the folder exists on the specified path? If it doesn’t already exist, you can create the folder/s and try launching again. If it already does, it might be a permission issue with the folder. You can check the permissions settings and make sure it is not read-only and is writable.
Hi ,

To resolve this error, you can verify the cache path being used:
Note Google Earth free version also uses 'Google Earth Plus' to store its settings under.
