I turned on my computer and was greeted by a blue screen displaying

   Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed

   Error code 0xc000000e

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), Contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer

   Press Enter to try again

   Press F8 for Startup Settings

Any of the suggested key just refresh my screen. I've tried unplugging everything from my pc to see if it will launch I don't have a recovery disk. I bought a 16gb USB to download windows 10 from Microsoft but it takes me to a screen to reinstall Windows but wont let me actually do anything because I have to access the files inside the usb and find the right thing to boot from. Also this copy of windows 10 is 2 years old I bought the disk and lost it in the move to my new apartment so I don't have an access key I've contacted customer support and they weren't much help with the matter

I'm just trying to turn my computer on please help
