HTTPS for custom domain on Azure Standard Akamai stuck on Submitting Request

Hi,

I have created three endpoints on Azure Standard Akamai with a custom domain and have enabled HTTPS. The process completed quickly for the first time but I ended up having to add a new domain name and delete the older one. Ever since then, all the attempts to enable HTTPS have become stuck in the "Submitting Request" step for all my endpoints the CDN profile. Not tried on different profile
