code already redeemed message/error

I have downloded all discs in my Flight simulator and entered gift card code but it already says redeemed and does show up in my shopping cart but i cant access the game or there werent any on screen instructuctions after it indicated code already redeemed

    Then the code was redeemed on your account. Ensure you are logged in the xbox app with the same microsoft account and then restart the game it should be automatically activated.

    If the game is not activated logout from xbox app and then restart your computer and then open the game directly then when requested login with the same account in the game itself.

    Login with the microsoft account that was trying to redeem the code here : https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Does the code show up as redeemed here?

    Hi Jaspreet,

    no it wasnt, new out of box only dit once and when i reached the point of code entry message came through already redeemed
