    This error can occur if you do not have a device driver installed or if you have an outdated device driver for your Bluetooth device.

    You obtain your Bluetooth software/drivers, IF your machine is designed to use Bluetooth from your manufacturer's website if not installed by default.

    If not supplied on your device by the manufacturer, you may have to buy a USB Bluetooth Adaptor.
