Have you tried to use wired USB if it vibrate by chance?

i got a myria Gamepad wireless tigres x 14.it is plug and play and it says it does not need drivers.
it can vibrate(i tested) but no game made it vibrate and i can't see any setting for vibration at properties.
can somebody help me with this problem?

It doesn't even recognize it(the app) i have to use an emukator(x360ce) for it to recognize a controller
If the issue persist, Microsoft has an application were you can test your controllers if there is vibration on it.
