Windows 10 Kernel power 41 errors..

This is getting annoying (check post history). Got rid of kernel 41 errors for a month or so and bought myself a logitech g920 wheel and shifter for christmas. Note: before I could play Forza Horizon 4 with my xbox controller just fine without any blackscreens. So set up my wheel and shifter and 10 minutes in I get a blackscreen. I check event viewer and sure enough, kernel 41 power error. So I go to update my gpu drivers (rx 5700 xt) to the latest recommended ones (I had them on an older version cause it worked up until that point and didn't want to mess with the drivers since they've caused me enough trouble before). Started up FH4, in 2 minutes I get another blackscreen. In the end the blackscreens corrupted my savedata and I couldn't start the game anymore and I uninstalled it. Next I go on to play a simple racing game from 2002 (can't remember the name) to get a feel for the new wheel. 5 minutes in I get a black screen, followed by a "recovered from a *some word I can't remember* crash" wow! Didn't have to force restart... or so I thought. 2 minutes go by with white lines on screen flickering every once in a while during racing and get a hard blackscreen. At that point I shutdown my PC and started writing this. I'll upload minidump files in the morning if I get a response to this since I'm pretty pissed off and don't want to turn my PC on anymore. I remember from previous incidents of mine I had a problem with amdkmdag.exe. Don't really remember how I fixed it though. It just kinda went away on its own (or so I thought) and now its back.  Though I did turn off windows auto driver installs and wiped my drivers which helped tons. Im gonna list all the things this can't be: old drivers,  overheating, PSU problem (new 80+ platinum PSU with 660w , also ran OCCT for an hour with no issues).

Could it be that iCue is in some way causing the blackscreens? I reinstalled Icue yesterday but the blackscreens started happening only after I connected my new wheel.

Sorry, I've tried to download but was lost in huge amount of ads. :( Can you use OneDrive?

Did you get an answer from AMD?

    You did not mention motherboard.

Please check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

    CPU: i5-9600k

GPU: Msi Mech Rx 5700 xt 8gb

PSU: Fractal Design 660+ ion 660w platinum

    RAM: 16GB dual channel G.Skill 3200mhz rgb

    2 SSDs and 1 HDD

Ill upload a mediafire link then, see if that works:

Also the crash happened again during League of Legends, not the full hang black screen but with the error message. My guess is, GPU shuts down/reboots during high-demanding games but during low-demanding games such as LoL, it just errors out and gives an error code.

Hardware wise, everything seems to be ok. No swelled up/leaked capacitors, also PSU is not the problem since the issue persists even with a different PSU. CPU power management settings are OFF (I'm pretty sure).

Played some low-demanding game for half a day with no crashes, started up Forza and bam! black screen.  Also played league for a while and got a RESPONSIVE (sound and caps lock) black screen for a while, only for my game to minimize and AMD software showing this notification: Image

I reported the issue and AMD Bug Report tool saved this file on my desktop:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/oby79198p9vj1s5/AMD%20Bug%20Reporting%20Form%20Submitted%20Data%2020201212T230523.zip?dl=0

Also I have a minidump folder that was created 2 days ago but no files in the minidump folder :(

    Hi,

I'm Independent Advisor not Microsoft employee or support person. I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error may be caused by turning off PC forcibly (holding power button pressed) but mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

Carefully look at motherboard and PSU for leaked or swelled up capacitors (little barrels).

Please turn off all CPU power management settings in BIOS (different C states) for test.
