I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.
I see you have run the EmsiSoft decrypter and that is not able to decrypt your files, most likely because the ID is online and that is one of the newer variants of the STOP/DJVU ransomware
Since that decrypter is not able to decrypt your files, the only real thing you can do is back them up to another storage device, in the hope that in the future the gujd variant is added to the decryption list on that EmsiSoft decrypter
Do you not have a data backup of your files, or do you sue a Cloud service like OneDrive, DropBox... etc.
