Minecraft Error Code: Deep Ocean + Missing Xbox Dependencies

I've tried to type another message to the Minecraft Help Center for this type of problem, but I wanted to see if I could get any additional help over here. The basic gist of the whole situation is that, I wanted to play Minecraft mods with my friend, however I didn't have the Minecraft launcher. So I went to install it, but as I pressed the "microsoft login" button, it gave me a flashing gray box and I got the "error code: Deep Ocean 0x80040154." I look around for solutions to this problem, yet they proved no use when I found out my Xbox Dependencies were missing from my "Services" tab. Most of the tutorials were to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App, Companion, Bar and Gaming Services, but they didn't help as I still didn't see them affect my Minecraft Launcher, and closer to fixing my grey box problem. I can't get an actual screenshot because it flashes too fast, but I have no clue on what to do at all. I've also taken extra steps and done some commands in powershell + command prompt, which might have helped.

-sfc /scannow
-DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

I imagine you've figured it out by now or have given up but for anyone looking, you might want to try restarting Xbox Live Auth Manager in Windows Services

    Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open task manager

    Go to more details

Select Services, select open services at the bottom

Then scroll down until you see Xbox Live Auth Manager

If you can't simply right click and start it, then open properties and change startup type to automatic

Click apply, then start it and it should allow you to sign in now.
